It’s about understanding why you want to make this change, aligning your actions with your values, and letting go of the confusion that often surrounds food choices. This clarity helps you break free from old patterns and feel more confident in your decisions, empowering you to create long lasting plant-based habits.

Reaching your plant-based goals isn’t just about willpower – it’s about having the right support to help you tackle whatever comes up as you navigate these changes. Being over 40 these days is no joke. It seems like every time you tell someone something just feels a little off, it’s chalked up to getting older. And while that is entirely possible, many times some diet and lifestyle changes can make a world of difference*.

 

And for me, I’ve learned that I just feel better overall when I eat the things I know nourish my body: plants.

 

There’s a ton of science and research out there supporting the health benefits of a plant-based lifestyle, but no amount of reading or watching documentaries will have the same effect as experiencing it in your own body.

That's where I come in.

This 12-week one-on-one coaching program is all about helping you shift your mindset so you can build plant-based habits that actually stick.

What's included:

Initial Consultation (60-90 minutes)

Before you make any changes, it’s important to get a clear picture of where you are now, where you want to go, and what’s been standing in your way. This is a big part of why the program works. We’ll figure out what really drives you, what might trip you up, and start building a plan that feels right for you

Weekly Coaching Calls (45 minutes)

No cookie cutter plans here. These calls are all about you, so we'll focus on whatever you need at the moment. Whether it's challenges you're facing or questions you have, we'll tackle it together. We'll also make sure you have a plan that fits your life and keeps you moving toward your goals.

Ongoing Support

I'm here to help you learn to trust your instincts and build lasting habits. Whenever you have questions or just need a little extra encouragement between our sessions, feel free to reach out to me. (Monday - Friday with limited access on the weekend.)

Celebration Call (60 minutes)

We’ll check in on your progress, celebrate all your wins, and ensure you have the tools and resources to keep that momentum going. If you think you could use some extra support from me, we can chat about options for that, too!
